Prime & Co Legacy Partners is the private equity platform of Prime & Co, focused on acquiring, improving, and operating real estate and other cash-flowing assets through a range of investment strategies.

Our platform is designed around multiple investment vehicles and investment horizons. This allows qualified investors and strategic partners to participate in opportunities that align with different objectives—from shorter-term, deal-specific investments to longer-term portfolio growth.

Our platform includes deal-by-deal investment opportunities, strategic partnership pools with targeted 12–18 month investment cycles, and longer-term private equity vehicles, giving us the flexibility to structure capital around the opportunity rather than forcing every investment into the same fund model.
